All physical print orders are fulfilled and shipped through Pic-Time, a trusted third-party platform embedded within this site. By purchasing a fine art print, you agree to the Pic-Time Terms of Service, which govern transaction and fulfillment processes. Digital downloads are fulfilled directly through this website using Hostinger’s infrastructure and delivered instantly after purchase. All digital artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, file sharing, or the creation of derivative works from purchased files is strictly prohibited. Due to the nature of instant file delivery, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us directly for support at gary@mrwashingtongallery.com.

Payments for all purchases are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal. By completing a transaction, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the selected provider.
